Why we work
•MajorMatcher will function based off a survey that users complete. In addition to learning about the user’s academic experience and interest, the survey would also gain insight into their social goals for college as well as details about the lifestyle students would like to pursue after school.
•The concept is that by understanding the person you are helping as a whole, you can provide more accurate advice to help them chose their college and major. By going to the right college for the correct major, students save the time and the cost of having to switch majors and enroll in more courses.
